Plain-language terms for members of the Flaggy Shore co-op. Version 2026-09-draft.

1. Who can join

[To be written: 18 or over, or an account set up by a parent or guardian. One account per person.]

2. Your films and your rights

[To be written: you keep every right to what you make. Handing a film in to a round grants the co-op a licence to screen it to members online and at local nights, and nothing else.]

3. Crew calls and terms

[To be written: every call states swap, expenses or paid. Agreements are between members. The co-op is not a party to them.]

4. Conduct

The Community Code is part of these terms.

5. Ending your membership

[To be written: leave any time. Unconfirmed accounts are removed after 7 days.]
